Pregnancy pilates

Build strength for labor and stay in shape during your entire pregnancy with this amazing Pilates mat exercises.
This prenatal Pilates routine is designed and safe to do in every trimester to builds strength, balance and stamina, and also help you have an easier labor, too. Pilates is an excellent form of exercise during pregnancy because you work the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Pilates exercises can also strengthen & stretch specific muscle groups which are challenged from the postural changes & stresses that occur during pregnancy. It is a low impact workout without stressing the joints in the body. All exercises are done on the mat, standing, sitting, kneeling or on all fours so it is safe for pregnancy . Exercises can be modified for individual’s with specific conditions eg. pelvic pain, low back & neck pain. Doing Pilates throughout your pregnancy will help keep you relaxed during delivery. It’s the workout for the whole 9 months!
