You can choose from a variety of fun and challenging pilates classes guaranteed to strengthen your abs, burn fat and sculpt your body! Classes are multi-level from beginner to advanced and are limited in size—so you get the attention that you deserve.

A low-impact series of exercises originally devised by Joseph Pilates. You learn basic principles of the Pilates method, the concept of alignment, breath, and control. Whether your goals involve work on everyday activities, sport performance, injury prevention, or just the need for better overall health, as a student of Pilates you'll experience improvement in physical stability, strength, and flexibility—and leave the class one inch taller!

Pilates Mat Classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. These classes take place in a group setting, using your body weight as the primary source of resistance.

Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the centre or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilise and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment.

Classes emphasise the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each student's individual needs.

Small Group Reformer

Experience the Pilates Reformer in a small group setting, then add other small equipment. This class is designed with your specific needs in mind. It improves strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stability. The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and ropes. Add rings, rollers, balls, and spine corrector barrels to develop strength, and flexibility—all in one class. Space is limited to 4 students to enable our instructor to correct and modify each client's progress, and cater for all fitness levels and ages.

Reformer apparatus is an ideal way to get a full-body conditioning workout using spring resistance, moving your body in ways that are unique to this specialised equipment. The emphasis is on rhythmic, flowing sets of movements that increase balance and flexibility, while also improving strength, stamina, coordination, and alignment. This unique workout will simultaneously stretch and strengthen your whole body.

Want to get toned and sculpted inside and out? Then take the 60 minute Pilates Reformer class utilising the Pilates Allegro 2 state-of-the-art Reformer from Balanced Body. Most classes are open level, but please call ahead to make your appointment! Prior Pilates equipment experience is recommended, but not mandatory if you are willing to go with the flow and learn the equipment.

Reformer or Mat?

Why would you choose group Reformer Pilates over group Mat Work? It really is different strokes for different folks! If you prefer more personalised attention, Group Reformer provides more individualised workouts that include total-body conditioning. If you require a little more assistance or support, then Reformer will also be preferable for you.

Pre-Natal PilatesPilates for Pregnancy

Pregnancy and childbirth are a time of significant change for the body.

It's widely understood that the right kind of exercise—taken in the right way—boosts the immune system and provides the circulation and energy levels needed to enjoy your pregnancy more fully, allowing you to prepare better for labour.

With a focus on core stability, strength and overall fitness, our Pre-Natal classes are an excellent way to help your body cope with the changes you're undergoing, and prepare it for the stresses to come.

Our Pre-Natal Pilates class is designed around the changing limitations and requirements of a developing pregnancy, to provide a safe effective workout for women in their second and third trimester.

Please note: if you're still in your first trimester you're also welcome in our Beginners Classes—but please consult with a Trainer before booking.

Brand new PILATES 50+ class is a gentle—but effective—Pilates Workout designed around the concerns of our more senior clients.

Pilates is the perfect exercise system for pelvic floor weakness, osteoporosis, joint pain, arthritis, circulation problems, hip replacement, back ache, tight muscles, postural abnormalities, post surgery.

This 45 minute mat class delivers a full body workout that strengthens the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine (the ‘core’), improves posture, increases flexibility, and develops better balance. Add more life to your best years with this specialised Pilates mat class!

This is a challenging, hour long class that uses foam rollers and spiky balls to rebalance and stabilise your muscles with very specific movements.

It helps your body to move more accurately and efficiently by tapping into the neurological mechanism—not just the muscle itself. Perfect for anyone who experiences tightness in their body, and especially beneficial for sports people, runners, exercise enthusiasts and those who spend too much time sitting at the desk, or in the car!
