Bookings

Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Thank you for respecting our safety policy and honouring our strict 12 hour cancellation policy for all bookings. Please note that all cancellations or changes received via email are not valid. All cancellations or changes must be managed online via your account at least 12 hours prior to your booking to avoid forfeiting your credit.

No-shows & late arrivals: In the case of a no-show or lateness to an in-person or virtual appointment, your instructor will wait 15 minutes for your arrival. All no-shows and late arrivals of over 15 minutes will be considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a credit or refund. All time lost due to late arrivals will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to cancel any class or course where there are fewer than two people registered. If this should happen, clients will be given reasonable advance notice and no charges will apply.

Refund Policy

Retail Sales: No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases, unless item is deemed faulty. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to change of mind or incorrect selection.

Service Sales: Refunds will be issued in case of a merchant processing error. Studio credits will be issued for the full amount paid will be issued for incorrectly processed sales, or if the client has a change of mind. All return requests must be submitted in 7 days of the sale date.

Minors

Prenatal and Postnatal

Clients must be 12 weeks or further along to join Prenatal classes. No previous Pilates experience is required.

Pregnant clients must attend their specific prenatal classes for Health & Safety reasons, and must have clearance from a Health Care Professional to partake in classes.

Postnatal clients are required to receive verbal permission from their Obstetrician, General Practitioner, or Midwife prior to commencing Pilates.

Karolina is trained and certified by The Progressive Pilates Academy, and with her wealth of experience she guides each client effectively to achieve their physical goals.

Training Plans are constantly evolving and improving through continuous research in the area of Pilates, so SoulPilates adds new and exciting methods to their programmes, based on research in the area of movement structures. Through collaborations with other instructors across Ireland and abroad, co-operation with local medical professionals, and their own detailed knowledge, Soul Pilates ensures the best, most modern practices available.

Whether you need rehabilitation from an operation, a special treatment, to strengthen your body before or after childbirth, or just want to positively transform your body, there is a programme that will suit you.

Relaxing Atmosphere in a Convenient Location

SoulPilates' studio is located in the Killashee Leisure Centre, near Naas, Co. Kildare. The leisure centre and gym is part of the beautiful and elegant Killashee House Hotel. Our fitness studios have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where we provide experience and care that we hope will satisfy all your expectations.

The studios are both spacious and comfortable, accommodating group and private classes. Ample parking is available in front of the leisure centre. After class, experience the fabulous restaurant and coffee shop within Killashee House Hotel, or enjoy some fresh air in its glorious gardens.

Professional Equipment

SoulPilates has a variety of specialised equipment and devices, allowing every client to benefit from a wide range of different exercise regimes. We ensure you are constantly challenged, with a variety of fun exercises each time. SoulPilates was also the first studio in Kildare to offer training on the Allegro 2 Reformer, which produces a more balanced body and offers more enhanced training programmes than conventional Reformer devices.
