Subscription Policy
- Your subscription will automatically renew each month.
- Your credit/debit card will be charged €9.99 for each automatic renewal until you cancel your subscription.
SoulPilates Online’s Cancellation Policy
You can cancel through your account at any time or send us an email for assistance. Make sure to cancel up to 2 days prior to your subscription renewal date, and you will not be charged. Any requests must be sent to info@soulpilates.ie
How to cancel your SoulPilates Online Account
Please go to the "MyAccount" Tab in the members area. Click on "Contact Us", fill in the form and answer "CANCEL" in the comments section to cancel your subscription. Please allow up to 2 working days for this to come into effect.
SoulPilates Online’s Refund Policy
No portion of any subscription fee is refundable. By clicking “Complete,” you authorize us to continue your subscription (currently €9.99) automatically each month.
