Hello My Friends!
I’m delighted to announce the Online SoulPilates classes will continue in December for the 4 week courses.
I’d like to take this opportunity to THANK YOU all for showing up every week, once, twice or three times a Week!

So well done everyone and I hope to see you moving with me in December.
Pilates will transform your body, improve your posture, health and well-being, core strength, mobility and flexibility.
Exercise in almost any form can act as a stress reliever. Being active can boost your feel-good endorphins and distract you from daily worries.

The 4 week course will commence on Monday November 30th and there are 5 classes to choose from:
Monday Beginner Level 9.30am-10.30am
Tuesday Mix Level 7.00pm – 8.00pm
Tuesday Beginner Level 8.15pm – 9.15pm
Thursday Mix Level 9.30am-10.30am
Friday Lunch 45′ Intermediate Level 12.30pm-1.15pm

For those of you who can not make it physically to the class the recordings of the classes are available to purchase at €5 per recording.
