Reformer class 6.30pm- 7.30pm, €20
Mat class 7.30pm – 8.30pm, €10
These classes are not for the faint-hearted! It is an hour of flowing movement requiring a stamina and knowledge of the Pilates exercises. It is only open to those clients who have been attending the intermediate classes and have no movement restrictions or injuries.
