Hydrate your spine with the Foam Roller!

This coming Saturday SoulPilates delivers an other fantastic workshop utilising foam roller and other props to help you release tension and hydrate your connective tissue. Foam rolling is thought to improve muscular function, performance, elasticity and joint range of motion (ROM) based on research by Journal Strength and Conditioning Research. The use of a foam roller was found to decrease muscle soreness and fatigue and enhance the recovery process.

This workshop is designed for any fitness level or age. If you’re a regular gym goer or if you sit at a desk all day–using a foam roller as part of a regular exercise plan can help improve circulation, release knots in muscles, and can help muscles repair.

Foam Rollers are provided. €20 per person. Book in advance, places are limited.
