Spring can be the ideal time to start a new fitness routine.
Whether you have been sedentary all winter, or maybe looking to change the routine of your workout, now is the perfect time and you have 20 classes to choose from! There must be something for you!
New 7 week courses are commencing on Monday 26th February.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday classes commencing on the week of 5th March.
There will be no classes during the Easter Week (2nd-6th April).
